I love to eat it raw, with a sprinkle of sea salt. It can also be cooked just any other brassica vegetable. The leaves are edible too! Transplant kohlrabi in the early spring and again in the late summer for a fall harvest. Harvest by cutting the whole plant at the base. No need to pull the roots out - the worms will enjoy those.
