Mustard Greens, Dragon Tongue

Mustard greens add so much to a salad mix - great for a little spice, color and texture. 
 
This is a cool season crop that is quick to mature (and as a fall crop overwinters splendidly). Plant it now and it will be ready in a few weeks as baby greens. Full size leaves are great in a braising mix along with kale. Plant it next to a lime green lettuce (like Buttercrunch) for a vibrant color combo.
