Ed’s Red Shallots are a hardy and long storing addition to the kitchen garden. Plant in the fall for the biggest yeilds. Delicate, sweet and savory flavors from this heirloom variety that will store for up to a year in proper conditions. Harvest in early summer.
Each 4” pot comes with about 10 shallot starts. Plant shallots in loose soil and a full sun location. Separate starts and space about 6 inches apart.
