Join Marni and special guest, Chef Stacey Schwartz for a garden to table class all about garden grown herbs. Learn how to grow and use your fresh garden herbs to create delicious everyday sauces to brighten up your meals. From chimichurri to gremolata and the greenest green sauce, these are easy sauces you can make and use as condiments to make summer an even more delightful time of fresh flavors.
Featuring special guest speaker: Stacey Schwartz is a culinary instructor at Edmonds College, a gardener, and an aspiring farmer. Her love of the world of food brought her to teach culinary arts for the last 10 years. Her background ranges from working in kitchens in Seattle as a cook, and kitchen manager to an executive chef. She aims to have her own farm venue in the near future, believes in organic and veganic farming methods, and hopes to be a part of changing our food system for healthier ways of eating.
