Garden Tour: Pam's Urban Farm & Hügelkultur Edible Gardens

Join Marni for a tour of Pam's urban farm, featuring hugelkultur raised garden beds, fruit trees and shrubs, all on a small Greenwood area city lot. In this small space, every inch is utilized, including a small patch of soil beside the garage which has multiple fruiting trees and shrubs, berry vines, and a worm bin. Pam uses the space as a gathering place and refuge for her clients, friends, and community and grows the food to enjoy and share with others. We will be discussing spring gardening practices, including soil building, what to plant now for your spring harvests, pest prevention/control, and more.

This event is FREE and offered exclusively to Growing Roots Together students, clients, and customers. Space is limited to 10-12 attendees and carpooling is appreciated. Actual address and parking info will be emailed to confirmed attendees. Please let me know if you have any questions.
