Artichoke, Green Globe

I want to be an artichoke farmer when I grow up. But I wouldn't be very successful because I let so many of them flower (instead of harvesting them to eat). Once you have enough plants, you can do both! The flowers are simply THE most amazing thing you  have seen. Just standing in the garden watching bees crawl through the flower heads with their little bee bottoms covered in pollen = pure joy!
