Collard Greens, Champion

This is my first time growing Champion but going by the name it's going to be great!  As with most leafy greens (like kale) they get better and sweeter after a frost. Your collard greens will stick around and keep growing right through summer and into winter as long as you harvest from the bottom and leave some on top for the plant to keep growing (they need some leaves to continue to photosynthesize).
