Mid-season, porcelain type, hardneck garlic seed. Music hits the top of the charts when it comes to yields. In trials at Michigan State University, Music out-produced all others with a harvest of over 13,500 pounds per acre! White skinned with just a blush of pink, this garlic makes big cloves that are easy to peel. The taste is a medium hot, true garlic flavor. Exceptional shelf life for a Porcelain type, Music will store 9 months to a year. Very cold tolerant. Hardneck varieties produce scapes (flowering heads) in June. Remove the scapes before they flower to keep energy flowing to the bulb. The scapes are excellent used in place of garlic in any dish.

GARLIC SEED WILL BE AVAILABLE IN LATE SEPTEMBER. PRE-ORDER NOW for September/Oct pick up. 1/4 pound is approximately two heads with about 8 viable cloves per head, but varies widely. Only plant the biggest cloves. Use the little ones for dinner. Plant in October-November after weather has cooled.
