Kale: Dwarf Blue Scotch

Classic green curly kale. Sturdy compact plants stand about 18” tall with a full spread of dark blue-green leaves.
 
Harvest kale leaves from the bottom, leaving enough leaves on top for the plant to continue growing (it needs leaves to keep photsynthesizing so don't strip it bare). Take a few bottom leaves from several plants when you harvest, that way you are not taking too much from any one plant. Harvested correctly, kale will stick around throughout the summer and will be even tastier after the first frost! It's a powerhouse vegetable for the garden and your health!
