Lettuce, Flashy butter gem

Gem type lettuce with cool red speckles and buttery texture. Fantastically crunchy and great for salads. 
Harvest lettuce as a cut and come again crop by cutting the whole head about an inch or so above ground. The lettuce will regrow to harvest a second time. After harvesting what you need, let the best head of lettuce go to flower and set seed and you will have self seeded lettuce and saved seed to share with the whole neighborhood!
