Lovage

Levisticum officinale. 1-gallon pots. Lovage is a perennial member of the Umbellifer family - and that means you plant it once and you get seasonal umbel flower heads that attract the most, best, beneficial insects ever (in my experience..)!  This plant can get tall and will double it's root mass every year - easily divided with a shovel and shared with neighbors. Uses are all similar to celery - I find the new growth/shoots to be especially yummy and not so overpoweringly celery flavored.
