Onion, Sweet 'Ailsa Craig'

Multiple onion starts per pot, divide and space 4-5" apart. Sweet onions get sweeter if you grow them in the fall and overwinter them for a spring harvest. Planted in the early spring they should be ready to harvest in the summer. Sweet onions are great for fresh eating (not for storing) so plant a few storage onions so you have some to put up for the winter as well!
